INTERVIEW AND INTERROGATION

Students will receive an advanced and exciting training course in Interview and Interrogation comprising the core skills that every street-level officer and criminal investigator needs in order to be successful at interviewing witnesses and victims and at interrogating crime suspects.

ADVANCED PROPERTY & EVIDENCE ROOM MANAGEMENT

Designed for all officers up to and including police administration, and evidence room assigned civilians, this extremely fast-paced course in the proper handling, transportation, storage and documentation of evidence is what many agencies need today.  The newest policies and procedures for handling DNA evidence are covered as are the latest laws and court opinions.  This is not a crime scene course, nor is it a course on fingerprinting.  Instead, students will learn physical evidence collection, labeling, packaging, transporting, logging, storing and disposal or purging skills necessary to help protect themselves and their agency from civil liability and/or media embarrassment.
